Regelmäßige Prüfung nach DGUV
Ja. Nach DGUV 201-056 ist mindestens 1 x jährlich die Prüfung durch Personen mit fundierten Sachkenntnissen erforderlich.
Es handelt sich um eine Sicht- und Funktionsprüfung.
Grundsätzlich möglich, wenn die Sachkunde vorhanden ist und der Unternehmer die Ernennung zum Sachkundigen vorgenommen hat.
Die Prüfung muß schriftlich protokolliert werden. Das Prüfprotokoll ist den Behörden auf Verlangen vorzulegen.
