about Flat webbing slings + Round slings
Flat webbing slings are textile slings with a load capacity of up to 20 tons. They consist of 1 to 4 flat-woven webbing layers. Depending on the version, there are loops or fittings such as bows or hooks at both ends of the flat sling.
Another variant is sewing as an endless belt, also with one or more layers.
Round slings are very flexible slings with a load capacity of up to several 100 t. They are made from high-strength, light- and heat-stabilized PES multifilament that is wound endlessly. This scrim is covered with a protective tubular fabric. The fabric quality of the protective hose has a decisive influence on the service life of the product.

Yes. According to DGUV 100-500, an examination by an expert is required at least once a year.
Yes. Chain slings must be checked for cracks every 3 years.
Basically possible if the expert is available and the entrepreneur has made the appointment as expert.
The inspection must be recorded in writing. The test report must be presented to the authorities on request.
